In this leadership role as a Labeling Operations Manager, you will build and direct a team to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Build and direct a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with global operations
- Provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields
- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, tec...) or related STEM field of study (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline)
- 2+ years of people management/leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
- Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers
- Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions
- Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence
- Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements
- Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
