About this role
Charter Global is seeking an Associate Data Engineer to work primarily in a remote capacity with some onsite requirements. The role involves creating reports and metrics, analyzing data needs, and developing technical solutions to improve data access and usage in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and validates existing routines and communicates impacts. Assists with data transformation, manipulation, and presentation to users
- Works with Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Developers, Infrastructure Architects, and key business users to review, design, and develop data models and ETL processes
- Supports the Software Engineering team with data analysis and validation with extensive SQL queries
- Writes and executes ETL code, primarily complex SQL stored procedures, but with a strong ability to leverage other technologies
- Partner with senior team members on the design, configuration and implementation of Data Integration Framework
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an Associate Data Engineer
- Experience with claims and provider data sector in a Hospital and Healthcare setting
- Ability to create reports/metrics and do documentation
- Experience with Python and Salesforce
- Experience/knowledge of Tableau and Databricks
- Previous Provider data experience working with leadership on provider data issues, accuracy, and provider data interactions with claims and claims platforms
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Facets
- Experience with reporting to leadership and working remotely with teams
