David Joseph & Company is a fast-scaling startup seeking a Sales Development Representative to build an outbound pipeline for high-value enterprise AI contracts. This role involves generating leads through various channels, collaborating with senior sellers, and executing go-to-market strategies directly with leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound pipeline generation across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and conferences
- Build and expand target account lists aligned to ideal customer profiles
- Run initial discovery conversations and qualify enterprise opportunities
- Collaborate with senior sellers to convert pipeline into revenue
- Test and scale outbound channels, messaging, and playbooks
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline for high-value enterprise contracts ($500K+ ACV)
- Work directly with CEO and sales leadership on GTM execution
