Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Inorsa is an AI-first automation platform transforming how mission-critical infrastructure is designed, maintained, and upgraded. The Forward Deployed Software Engineer will work directly with customer teams to scope, deploy, and refine automation workflows while troubleshooting integration issues and contributing to the platform's development.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customer teams to scope, deploy, and refine automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and unblock integration issues during onboarding and production rollout
• Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for customers during active deployments
• Implement full-stack solutions in Python, TypeScript, and SQL to support unique customer needs
• Contribute production-grade code that adapts or extends Inorsa’s core product
• Identify reusable patterns, tools, and internal improvements from fieldwork
• Define success metrics and track customer progress toward value realization
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure delivery aligns with evolving needs
• Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback
