JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role focuses on business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements using Gherkin methodology
- Write and manage user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and improve business processes
- Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions
- Support implementations across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Work closely with developers and QA teams during solution delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Maintain documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Support process re-engineering and optimization initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Required)
- 6+ years of business analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience writing requirements using Gherkin methodology
- 3+ years of experience writing user stories
- Strong experience with Salesforce platforms including: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), LWC / Aura (functional understanding), Tableau CRM
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to support EST working hours
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Candidates must have at least one active Salesforce certification, such as: Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred), Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (Verification required via Trailhead link)
- Experience working in government, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments
