Kinaxis is a global leader in modern supply chain orchestration, and they are seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership to leaders across Corporate Functions. This role involves translating business priorities into talent strategies, coaching leaders on HR practices, and collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence to implement effective HR programs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with senior and executive-level leaders across Corporate teams to provide guidance on talent, organizational effectiveness, and workforce decisions
- Translate business priorities into practical people strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise HR direction
- Coach leaders on the consistent application of people programs and practices across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, and engagement
- Own and lead the delivery of core talent programs within the business unit (e.g., talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles), ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and driving consistent, high-quality application across the portfolio
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to implement and continuously improve HR programs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness within the portfolio
- Support organizational changes and initiatives, including team design, role clarity, and change management activities
- Partner with Employee Relations to guide leaders through performance, conduct, and investigation matters, applying sound judgment in complex situations
- Leverage people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders
- Build leader capability by enabling effective use of people practices and fostering consistent leadership approaches
- Contribute to cross-functional HR collaboration, sharing insights and supporting continuous improvement of HR programs and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist role, preferably supporting global teams
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders, including executive-level leaders across Corporate teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and advise stakeholders at multiple levels
- Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to navigate complex or sensitive situations
