Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with healthcare enrollment services
- Educating clients on managed care options
- Ensuring accurate processing of enrollment/disenrollment forms
Requirements:
- 1–2 years call center experience
- Strong typing skills (35 WPM)
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows 10 required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a structured environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the assigned language
- Windows 10 laptop/PC (No Chromebooks)
- USB wired headset (no Bluetooth allowed)
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed (50 Mbps preferred shared connection)
- A stable wired internet connection is required
- U.S. Citizens only (no international background checks allowed)
- Some Saturday work required
