Program Delivery Oversight:
- Maintain end-to-end visibility across all audit and compliance workstreams
- Drive ownership, accountability, and adherence to project timelines
- Identify and proactively resolve delivery blockers and risks
- Ensure audit deliverables and artifacts are completed accurately and on schedule
Stakeholder Engagement & Accountability:
- Partner closely with OIT leadership to align priorities and delivery expectations
- Drive accountability across technical and business teams
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional collaboration
- Provide transparent and executive-level status updates to senior leadership
Delivery Operations:
- Implement and manage delivery tracking mechanisms and reporting processes
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
- Produce executive-ready dashboards, reports, and delivery updates
- Support operational excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise programs or compliance initiatives
- Proven ability to drive accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with audit, compliance, governance, or regulatory programs
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
- Experience creating executive-level reporting and status communications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting state government or public sector environments
- Familiarity with OIT, audit, or compliance-focused delivery models
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
