Producing Branch Manager

Aequalend is a company dedicated to fostering financial inclusivity in underserved communities, and they are seeking a Producing Branch Manager to lead a mortgage lending team. The role involves overseeing branch operations, actively originating and closing loans, and mentoring team members to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the mortgage branch, driving sales and operational excellence
• Actively originate and close mortgage loans to contribute to the branch's overall performance
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to optimize their performance
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
• Nurture relationships with clients and business partners, representing Aequalend in the marketplace

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a producing mortgage branch manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending procedures, regulations, and the market area
• Demonstrated sales success and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with mortgage origination software and other related technology
