Healthcare Data Project Manager | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Healthcare Data Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare and medical data projects. The role involves managing projects end to end, leading teams, and communicating with top AI Labs to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables
• Oversee complex healthcare and medical data pipelines, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in reviewing and optimizing workflows
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding high-impact projects and data performance
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across workflows
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on project status, data performance, and operational impact

Requirements:

• Have an MD as a strong plus, but not mandatory
• Possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior healthcare and medical experts
• Be willing to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced startup environment
• Demonstrate a strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset
• Have a background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or significant exposure to healthcare/medicine
• Have at least of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or healthcare-focused data projects
