The Enterprise Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying and developing strategic enterprise partnerships, managing complex sales cycles, conducting consultative sales discussions, and closing high-value contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise partnerships from introduction through close
- Identify and cultivate high-value strategic relationships
- Lead outbound business development efforts
- Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline
- Conduct consultative sales conversations tailored to client needs
- Help organizations understand the ROI of readiness, health, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and customer success teams
- Help shape enterprise positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Represent MAXIOM with professionalism, intelligence, and conviction
- Play a critical role in scaling MAXIOM’s enterprise footprint globally
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in enterprise software sales and SaaS business models
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value enterprise contracts
- Exceptional sales, lead generation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
- Highly proactive and self-motivated in remote and fast-moving environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable operating within high-growth startup environments
- Passion for AI, health, performance, leadership, or human optimization
- Experience in AI, healthcare, wellness, wearables, biomarker technology, or performance technology is a strong plus
- Existing enterprise relationships within healthcare, wellness, coaching, venture capital, or performance industries are highly valuable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
