CareSwift is a Y Combinator-backed startup based in New York City that uses AI to automate ambulance reports, significantly reducing the paperwork burden on paramedics. They are seeking a driven Founding EMS Sales Development Representative to own the top of the sales funnel, identify and qualify EMS agencies, and book demos for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect & research: Identify high-potential EMS agencies, ambulance services, and fire departments that would benefit from CareSwift. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Outreach: Craft and execute outbound campaigns — cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and whatever else works — to get decision-makers on the phone
- Qualify: Have real conversations to understand a prospect's pain points, current workflows, and whether CareSwift is the right fit
- Book demos: Get qualified prospects scheduled for product demos with Brian
- Iterate on process: Track what's working and what's not. Help us build a repeatable, scalable outbound sales engine
- Be the voice of the customer: Share what you're hearing from prospects with the team to help shape our product and messaging
