Senior Product Designer

DeCruiz Labs is dedicated to building a unified and scalable Web3 ecosystem where digital identity, asset ownership, liquidity, and governance seamlessly connect across blockchain-powered platforms. They are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead and elevate the user experience of their Web3 products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful design solutions and develop user-friendly product interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery across multiple Web3 products
• Define and evolve design systems, UX patterns, and interaction models
• Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design with business goals
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Drive design strategy and vision across the ecosystem
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to craft functional and visually compelling designs
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and problem-solving methodologies to create user-centered solutions
• Experience in User Research and UX Research to gather insights and inform design decisions effectively
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing past design work, including Web3 or digital ecosystem projects (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and iterate based on feedback
• Experience in Web3, blockchain technologies, or decentralized platforms is a plus
