NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers and side hustlers, connecting them with real earning opportunities. As a Community Manager, you will engage with the community, moderate online spaces, and gather feedback to enhance the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate NoGigiddy's online community spaces — Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social comments
- Respond to member questions, posts, and feedback in a timely and authentic brand voice
- Create regular community content — polls, threads, announcements, and conversation starters
- Identify and recognize top community members and power users
- Collect community feedback and surface insights to the product and content teams
- Coordinate with the social and support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor community health metrics and report trends weekly
