Unity is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Product Marketing - AI to lead all marketing efforts for their AI products. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive product adoption and enhance brand visibility in the AI space.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a well-rounded Marketing leader, driving an end-to-end Marketing strategy for our Unity AI product, and tying our overall Unity wide AI story together
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and customer success teams
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and demand in the AI sector
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives and further product development
- Oversee the development of high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and videos
- Leverage thought leadership to establish Unity as a trusted authority in the AI space
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing
- Utilize metrics and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on ROI
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- At least eight (8) years of experience in marketing, with at least five (5) years in Product Marketing or Product Management within the technology or AI sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise
- Proficient in digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams
