Talentus Global is a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM, providing various BPO services including ERP and CRM solutions. They are seeking an Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle implementation and enhancement projects (ERP Cloud or EBS)
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate regular status meetings, provide project updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation of changes
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and Oracle implementation methodologies
- Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Oracle ERP implementations (Cloud or EBS)
- Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle projects successfully
- Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement
- Experience with project management methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and resource planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required
- Must have experience working for US clients
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred
