GTM: Marketing & Growth Intern – Investment Banking AI Finance Startup

IBFlash is an AI-native investment banking recruiting platform aimed at helping students enter high finance. They are seeking a Marketing & Growth Intern to assist in scaling their brand through various marketing initiatives and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Help grow the IBFlash brand and online presence
• Collaborate on content, growth, and marketing initiatives
• Contribute to social media, community, and distribution efforts
• Brainstorm viral content ideas, partnerships, and growth strategies
• Work directly with the IBFlash team on startup growth initiatives
• Help build the next generation of finance recruiting media and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Strong interest in finance, startups, growth, creator economy, or social media
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong communication and execution skills
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality
• Familiarity with finance recruiting culture, online communities, or content creation is a plus
