Growth Associate

Wynd Labs is a growth-stage startup focused on making public web data accessible for AI. They are seeking a Growth Associate to identify, develop, and execute strategies for user acquisition and engagement, while collaborating closely across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities across user acquisition, retention, and engagement channels
• Developing, executing, and iterating on growth experiments to optimize performance and scale Grass
• Helping design and launching ambassador programs to expand reach and engage new audiences through grassroots initiatives
• Building relationships with influencers, creators, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility and drive adoption
• Coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, content planning, and performance analysis
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure success and inform decisions
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform growth strategies
