Skild AI is building the world's first general purpose robotic intelligence, and they are seeking a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to manage the logistics of their hiring process. The role involves scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate communications, and supporting internal operations to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate high volumes of interviews across multiple teams and time zones
- Own candidate communications end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and timely experience throughout
- Coordinate both virtual and onsite interviews, including logistics and panel scheduling
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving
- Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Greenhouse (ATS)
- Track interview progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems
- Greet and host candidates on onsite interview days, making sure every visit feels polished and welcoming
- Support HR administrative tasks including documentation and employee record-keeping
- Provide operational support to the People team as needed
