Apotheco Pharmacy is looking for a self-motivated Central Customer Service Technician to join their team. The role involves communicating with patients and the pharmacy to provide medications, manage prescriptions, and ensure effective customer service through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Process/navigate prescriptions using computer software quickly and efficiently
- Perform high call volume of inbound/outbound calls to coordinate patient deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Complete accurate payment information
- Effective communication between team members and Operations Manager
- Meet daily target goals set forth by the Operations Manager
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Be able to work efficiently in an independent environment
Requirements:
- High School Graduate (or equivalent) is required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
