Responsibilities

Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong CMDB experience to design, develop, and maintain CMDB solutions supporting ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMDB solutions within ServiceNow
• Configure CI classes, relationships, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Manage CMDB health, data quality, and governance processes
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer solutions
• Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and integration issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and security teams
• Support platform upgrades, testing, and documentation
