Role : Oracle Cerner Technical Consultan Location : 100% Remote

Job Description :

Oracle Cerner Technical Consultant must have experience in performing AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery, ITIL SCRUM based Operations and project delivery experience.
Strong Cerner Functional Breadth, preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare

Core functional domains:

• Registration / ADT
• Charge Services / Patient Accounting
• Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing)
• Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy at least dependencylevel)
• Core Security (access, roles, audits)
• AMS Operations & ITIL
• Incident, Problem, Change, Request (ITIL v3/v4)
• P1/P2 management and RCA ownership
• SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
• Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
• Oncall / afterhours coverage model
• Security, Access & Compliance Awareness

Resolution of Incidents and Service Requests (RITM), preparing and presenting RCAs and problem and Knowledge Management.
