Sr. Software Engineer

Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Research Engineering Team, where the role involves collaborating with financial researchers to design, build, and optimize a next-generation Research Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Full stack engineering; including Python, Databricks, Java and web
• Design, architect, prototype, develop, release, iterate and monitor – the full software lifecycle
• Build new things and improve old things – no task is too big or small
• Collaborate with Researchers and Product Managers to build a next-gen platform
• Have fun working with a great team of high performers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least six years of experience
• Full-stack engineer – you can tackle any problem
• Experience with most or all of: Python, PySpark, Databricks, AWS & AI/ML
• Self-aware, self-starter who values having impact
