Computer Vision Engineer

Pixels on Target LLC is a company that designs and builds uncooled thermal sights and multi-sensor targeting systems for the warfighter. They are seeking a Senior to Principal Computer Vision Engineer to own end-to-end image quality on LWIR and MWIR systems and develop algorithms for various image processing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end image quality on LWIR and MWIR systems, from sensor through the ISP pipeline to the operator's display
• Algorithms for NUC, bad pixel correction, tone mapping, denoise, sharpening, EO / IR fusion, and detection-grade preprocessing
• Production C++ on embedded targets, with tight memory and timing budgets and real hardware in the loop
• Sensor characterization, lab bring-up, and field validation alongside our optics and systems engineers
