Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Strong expertise in TikTok Creator Economy and Entertainment Trends
- Skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Performance Evaluation, and Trend Reporting
- Proficiency with Marketing Tools and Technologies, including social media management and analytics platforms
- Experience with Partnership Management and influencer collaboration strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, and able to thrive through collaboration and independent work
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with e-commerce and prior experience in the creator economy or social media-driven commerce is highly desirable
