Senior Project Manager I

Orange Logic is a company that has been solving complex content challenges for over two decades with their innovative Digital Asset Management system. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager I to manage software implementation projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope while acting as a liaison between business and technical aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily manages Phase 1 implementations (with some later-phase SOWs) to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
• Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately
• Drafts change requests, as needed
• Ensures a customer's successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion
• Provides recommendations to improve the Phase 1 process

Requirements:

• Obtained a bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations
• Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
• Expert knowledge of and experience with Digital Asset Management systems, preferred
• Proficient with G-Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
