Healthcare Data Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a remote Client Data Analyst to join a large healthcare client and support their data exchange team. The role involves managing client data files and ensuring timely report delivery while providing support to hundreds of client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll manage client data files using our web-based reporting tool, coordinating hundreds of client accounts to ensure timely report delivery. Training on internal systems and processes is provided. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to the success of this role

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or another relevant field
• Customer-facing IT experience
• Healthcare experience NOT PHARMA
• Experience working with sensitive data
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Excel and SQL
