NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a 6+ month remote contract role. In this role, you will support the Virtual Care Portfolio team by analyzing user requirements, improving existing systems, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and domain owners
- Complete and maintain initial scoping artifacts and ballpark estimates in collaboration with business sponsors and Domain Owners
- Complete initial discovery process required to expand existing standard virtual care programs
- Enter, update and/or manage idea records and promote qualified ideas through the demand lifecycle
- Monitor project tracking boards to ensure timely progression through project phases assisting with any challenges
- Extract data from ServiceNow and maintain reporting dashboards and strategic portfolio roadmaps in Smartsheet and Google Sheets
- Create and manage Smartsheet dashboards and reports using formulas and visual tools
- Coordinate with the Strategic Realization Office and other departments to ensure alignment and progress
- Work independently to meet deliverables and escalate issues appropriately
- Supports Domain Owners as needed for gathering data, reporting, updating program and/or project documents, and driving initiatives in terms of structure and support that enables our Domain Owners with key initiatives and RFx processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in clinical systems analysis or a related focused role (e.g., data analyst, project coordinator with technical skills)
- 5+ years experience with Service Now and ability to extract and manage data from ServiceNow
- 5+ years Google Suite experience, including Sheets (advanced formulas VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS), Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sites
- 5+ years experience with Smartsheet (Grid, Timeline, Dashboard) and creating reports using formulas a plus
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including executive level communication
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision
- Ability to identify resources, processes, and answers with limited information provided
- Ability to analyze information shared and extrapolate relevant pieces of information and apply to new work
- Clear understanding of healthcare applications, terminology, and concepts is required
- Virtual Care Experience a plus
