EPIC/CERNER Project Manager - (LATAM CANDIDATES ONLY)

Talentus Global is a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM, offering various BPO services. They are seeking an EPIC/CERNER Project Manager to lead project lifecycles for EPIC/Cerner implementations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for EPIC/Cerner implementations, upgrades, or integrations
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, clinical analysts, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
• Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates
• Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT
• Proven experience managing EPIC and/or Cerner projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience with project management tools
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• Experience with large-scale system implementations or migrations
• Background working with clinical or hospital environments
• Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning
• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required
• Must have experience working for US customers
