About this role
Role Overview
Develop profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts.
Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
Make sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization’s products and services to meet their needs.
Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
Manage the ongoing account relationship with existing customers.
Establish and maintain internal relationships.
Establish and maintain good public relationships with the community to enhance the organization's image and develop new business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically nine or more years of relevant experience
Experience in Public Sector is a must, Transit and Higher Ed is desired.
Strong business development mindset with ability to generate new business.
Strong relationship management, build and sustain a referral network to drive client pipeline growth.
Considerable knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations.
Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills.
Strong presentation skills, ability to present in front of decision makers.
Experience selling fintech products is highly preferred.
Experience selling merchant payment processing products is bonus, having market awareness in merchant segments in enterprise and mid-market is preferred.
Proven success in driving sales activities.
