Automation Systems Engineer

United Consulting Hub is seeking motivated and detail-oriented entry-level candidates for the role of Automation Systems Engineer. This role involves supporting automation systems, software integration, testing, and process optimization in technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS)
• Support configuration and programming of control systems (e.g., ladder logic, HMI interfaces)
• Monitor automated production processes and resolve technical issues
• Ensure systems comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Participate in validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for automated equipment
• Work with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, production, IT)
• Troubleshoot equipment, sensors, and control systems
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs, system configurations, and validation reports
• Support data integrity and compliance with guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11
• Assist in automation upgrades and continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (CS/CSE)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology (IT)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or related fields
