Business Intelligence Analyst

BayMark Health Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence & Revenue Growth Analyst to play a key role in driving data-driven strategies that enhance revenue growth and operational performance. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, create actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and areas for growth
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track critical performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through robust validation processes, working with IT teams to improve data pipelines and reporting systems
• Present data-driven findings in a clear and impactful manner to support strategic decision-making at all levels
• Partner with revenue cycle, finance, and operations teams to identify and implement strategies that maximize profitability
• Evaluate service line performance and billing trends to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth
• Provide actionable recommendations that align operational strategies with financial goals and long-term growth objectives
• Use data to optimize workflows, staffing models, and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions that drive performance improvements
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly, empowering teams to take informed actions that enhance both financial outcomes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in healthcare operations, with a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analytics role, with a track record of using data to drive business decisions
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Apache Superset for data visualization and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences alike
• Ideally has experience in behavioral health or similar healthcare settings
