Digital Marketing Manager (Web3)

Bamboo Works is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join their global team, specializing in blockchain, crypto, and Web3. This role requires digital marketing and social media expertise, along with a deep understanding of Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord), ensuring consistent, engaging content is posted
• Engage with online communities, manage discussions, and respond to comments
• Monitor Web3 trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners in the Web3 space
• Prepare monthly social media plans and growth reports
• Build and nurture our Telegram and Discord communities, fostering engagement and participation in key industry conversations
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Perform A/B testing on creative assets, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies for better conversion rates
• Handle lead generation campaigns for key Web3 initiatives, events, and reports

Requirements:

• 4+ years of digital marketing and social media management experience, ideally within the blockchain or Web3 industry
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and analytics tools
• Proven track record in managing paid ad strategies and performance marketing
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with excellent content creation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a European time zone overlap and demonstrate self-motivation in a remote working environment
