Project manage Automation Business Area flagship positioning programs and campaigns from planning through launch to post-launch optimization
Build and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, dependencies, budgets and approval pathways
Lead regular check-ins, capture decisions, and keep teams on track
Coordinate external partners and vendors, including briefs, delivery milestones, review cycles, and budget/invoicing support in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Maintain clear and structured documentation across all programs, including briefs, scripts, distribution plans, and performance summaries
Ensure alignment and visibility of key activities across the Business Area and Divisions
Establish clear reporting for each program and drive a data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, marketing or a related field
Experience coordinating communications or content production workflows
Strong operational discipline and editorial judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
