Quality Management Systems Project Lead

Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving lives and supporting healthcare professionals. The QMS Project Lead will manage global Quality Management System projects, ensuring successful completion through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Quality Management System global projects to successful completion that are typically medium in scale and complexity
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, documenting, and monitoring project related activities
• Lead global QMS project implementations using applicable project management tools and methodologies
• Develop and manage project plans for project lifecycle governance
• Conduct global cross-functional working sessions and regular team meetings to advance projects
• Develop metrics and/or reports to monitor implementations
• Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 4+ years of project management experience
• Medical Device experience
• QMS experience
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (FDA, ISO13485:2016)
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with diverse groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
