Position: TrackWise Specialist
Location: Remote Work
Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract
Role Description:
- Experience with TrackWise 9/10.x versions
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong knowledge on Crystal Reports
- Excellent communication skills both for client and interpersonal
- Experience with ITIL and SDLC Methodologies
- Experience in Migration
- Good experience of managing CAPA, Deviation and PR (Periodic Review)
Good-to-Have:
- Good Knowledge on configuration
- Prior experience of working on support and maintenance environment
- Understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- Ability to understand domain and provide value additions on improvements.

- To be able to work independently for Incidents/SRs
- To be able to understand the GxP and Change Management process and adhere
- To be able to independently understand user requirements and implement
- To be able to work independently on CAPA, Deviation and PR (Periodic Review)
