Key Responsibilities
- Varicent Development & Configuration
- Design, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives modules, including:
o Compensation models
o Components, rules, and calculations
o Data tables and data integrations
o Workflows and approval processes
- Build and optimize ICM models to support incentive plan changes and business needs.
- Data Management & Integration
- Manage ETL processes for loading and transforming sales/HR/finance data.
- Create and maintain robust data pipelines for accurate, timely compensation processing.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reports within Varicent (Composer, Presenter, or other modules).
- Provide insights on sales performance, incentive payouts, quota attainment, and trends.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation analytics to leadership.
- Support & Operations
- Execute monthly/quarterly compensation runs, validations, and reconciliations.
- Resolve system issues, calculation discrepancies, and user queries.
- Work with cross functional teams (Sales Ops, Finance, HR) to support compensation cycles.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain documentation for models, rules, data flows, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal controls.
- Assist with UAT, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
