Description of Duties
- Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance):
- Bachelor s degree in information systems, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 3 years hands-on experience with contract management, specifically software licenses.
- Ability to perform contract usage evaluations, write clear findings, and create prioritized remediation plans based on compliance with current policies.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, or formal review processes (internal controls, risk tracking, corrective action plans).
- Proven ability to lead (not just participate): facilitate working sessions, manage a backlog of fixes, track compliance progress, and report statrisks.
- Strong communication skills: can explain accessibility issues to non-technical content owners in plain language and provide actionable detail to technical staff.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
- Knowledge of the Judicial Branch Contracting Manual, State Contracting Manual or State Administrative manual.
- Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work.
- Excellent understanding of software license and contract management.
- Recent experience within government agencies or public-sector bodies with projects of a similar type.
