Product Engineer, Tech Ops

Advocate is transforming how Americans access government benefits by combining AI-powered technology with expert human care. They are seeking two Product Engineers for their Tech Ops team to build scalable technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve claimant experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Build a centralized internal workbench to visualize the entire claimant journey
• Own the build of an external claimant portal for real-time case status updates
• Build data warehouse pipelines to trigger outbound communications and ensure attribution models are accurate
• Develop a pipeline that automates change requests from Slack to Pull Requests for engineer review
• Field ad hoc requests and production issues to ensure claimants have continuous access to relief
• Lead the migration and integration of the current tech stack onto new architecture for government benefits
• Work on projects to digitize and automate physical mail processing and complex government forms
