HRsource is a rapidly growing creator marketplace platform, and they are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic brand partnerships. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with enterprise brands, and achieving revenue and growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise brand partnerships across key industry verticals
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery through negotiation and contract execution
- Leverage existing relationships and a strong professional network to accelerate business growth
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with senior marketing, media, and brand leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful creator-led marketing solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
Requirements:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling to enterprise-level brands and organizations
- Established relationships with senior decision-makers across brand marketing and media teams
- Proven track record of closing large, complex, and high-value deals
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment
- Experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, advertising, media, SaaS, adtech, or martech is highly preferred
- New York City-based candidates strongly preferred
