Product Designer

Lendsqr is dedicated to ensuring that credit becomes accessible worldwide, effectively bridging the credit gap. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and prototyping key product ideas, developing a good understanding of the business and customers to create customer-centric products that meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement new designs
• Optimize existing UI designs
• Liaise with team members to conduct user research and run tests for intuitively and experience
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements and principles
• Create prototypes for new product ideas and experiments

Requirements:

• Minimum of a 2:1 in a relevant field
• Previous experience as a Product Designer
• Design portfolio
• Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail-oriented and a problem solver
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma is required
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Experience with HTML & CSS
