Senior AI Software Engineer

KDR Talent Solutions is a modern cloud and AI engineering consultancy helping enterprise businesses design, build, and scale cutting-edge cloud-native and AI-powered systems. They are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to build and deploy scalable AI-powered systems within enterprise environments, focusing on production systems and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing AI agents, orchestration workflows, and RAG pipelines
• Building AI-powered applications that integrate into real business workflows
• Developing cloud-native services using APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless architectures
• Integrating with AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Vertex AI
• Building evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost
• Implementing observability, monitoring, and testing strategies across AI systems
• Optimizing AI workloads for scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Collaborating closely with engineering teams and stakeholders on technical implementation

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience building cloud-native applications and distributed systems
• Proven experience deploying AI/LLM systems into production environments
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, AI agents, orchestration workflows, and tool invocation patterns
• Strong backend development skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with containers, microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and production observability
• Strong understanding of performance, latency, scalability, and cost optimization trade-offs
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI is beneficial
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale integrations and multi-agent systems is a plus
