Talentus Global is a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20+ countries, seeking a MS Dynamics Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves leading end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (CE, F&O, or both), ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Facilitate key meetings such as sprint planning, status updates, steering committees, and retrospectives
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Track project progress, KPIs, and deliverables, providing regular reporting to leadership
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
- Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live activities
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
- Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP/CRM projects
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or traditional project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
- Ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required
- Must have experience working for US customers
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
