They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative who will handle inbound patient calls, schedule appointments, and provide empathetic support while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound patient calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with general patient inquiries
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Provide professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused service
- Meet established quality, attendance, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated while working remotely
- Professional demeanor and patient‑focused mindset
- Candidates must already have a personal computer/laptop
- Stable-reliable internet connection
- Work-from-home, quiet-private set up
- Minimum internet speed: 100 Mbps / 10 Mbps upload
