They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Marketing Technical Lead to serve as a key technology leader within their Banking and Capital Markets practice, focusing on delivering integrated, Salesforce-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of B2B Marketing Use Cases around Customer Journey Optimization
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive marketing transformation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers and consultants
- Design and implement customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
- Ensure best practices in solution design, data management, and system integration
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce capabilities
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Cloud technologies
- Proven experience in a client-facing role working with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of at least 5 members
- Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Advanced)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce
- Solid understanding of marketing domain, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience in customer segmentation and campaign design
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Strong data modeling skills and proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization, Pages, and Email personalization
