Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their fast-moving product team focused on building consumer-facing experiences at scale. The role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, translating business goals and customer needs into a prioritized backlog
- You will write clear product requirements, lead discovery, and partner with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration
- You will use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, frame hypotheses, and measure impact
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, analytics, and leadership to align on priorities and communicate progress
- You will run experiments, learn quickly, and continuously refine the product based on results
- Throughout, you will champion the customer and keep the team focused on the highest-impact work
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or marketplace products
- A strong track record of owning a roadmap end to end and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Comfortable working with data, including defining metrics, analyzing results, and using insights to drive decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across functions
- Effective in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and expected to bring structure
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in an agile setting
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer platforms
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product analytics tools
- Experience working on products that serve millions of users, or operating in international or multi-market contexts
- A background that blends technical fluency with strong customer empathy
