Senior Software Engineer

Adduro.io is a Colorado-based AdTech company specializing in streaming advertising. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to manage end-to-end feature development, real-time bidding, and data pipeline services while designing and maintaining the AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Feature Development: Own front-end and back-end work for campaign setup, bidding logic, and reporting dashboards
• Real-Time Bidding: Build and maintain Go services that participate in OpenRTB auctions, making sub-10ms bid decisions and pacing adjustments
• Campaign Workflow Tools: Develop interfaces and APIs for advertisers to configure, launch, and monitor CTV campaigns
• Data Pipelines: Build and maintain services that ingest streaming ad events, track delivery metrics, and surface fraud-detection insights
• AWS Infrastructure: Design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure that backs our services

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Solid AWS experience. You can design and run production services on AWS without hand-holding
• A generalist. You're comfortable working on databases, infrastructure, back-end, and front-end
• Comfortable solo or collaborating. Some days you're heads-down on your own; others you're working closely with the team
• Distributed systems experience. You've worked on systems where latency, throughput, and reliability actually matter
