Supply Chain Project Manager

Belcan is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to support Interiors Supply Chain operations and project execution in a fast-paced manufacturing/aerospace environment. The role involves managing supply chain projects, supporting sourcing process changes, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain projects, workflows, and documentation
• Support sourcing process changes and buyer team transitions
• Lead change management communications and stakeholder alignment
• Track project visibility, escalations, and operational priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and leadership requests

Requirements:

• Strong background in supply chain operations or procurement
• Project management experience in manufacturing or aerospace preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
