RPM Nautical Foundation is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dedicated team in Key West. This role involves nurturing client relationships and ensuring successful project implementation to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure their success
- Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to monitor client satisfaction
- Provide onboarding and training for new clients on our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues
- Analyze client data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Develop and deliver customer success strategies that drive engagement
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with the maritime industry is a plus
