Job Summary
The Executive Support Engineer provides high-touch, white-glove technical support to Executive Leadership and VIP users. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, exceptional communication, professionalism, and the ability to deliver fast, reliable support in a high-pressure executive environment. The ideal candidate will proactively resolve technical issues, recommend productivity solutions, and maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated IT support to executives and VIP users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, conferencing, and network-related issues.
- Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and mobile platforms.
- Manage executive onboarding, device setup, upgrades, and meeting support.
- Support conference rooms, AV systems, and executive meetings.
- Maintain strong follow-up and issue ownership through resolution.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Deliver proactive recommendations to improve executive productivity.
- Provide after-hours support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive/VIP Support or Desktop Support experience.
- Strong experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and mobile devices.
- Experience supporting C-level executives in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with flexibility and urgency.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, or Jamf experience.
- Knowledge of AV/conference room technologies.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL preferred. Bottom of Form
